Is Lightly free? 

Lightly is free for the community version. There is also free access for non-commercial groups such as students for other plans. See the free access section above. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for free access or struggle to pay the subscription fee just shoot us a message and we will have a look at your individual situation.

📋 What datatypes do you support?

Our current system supports filtering of the following dataformats: Image and video data. Example formats are BMP, GIF, JPEG, JPEG 2000, PNG, TIFF, WebP. We are working on supporting other data types such as text and audio for our next release. Contact us if you would like to try out early versions of currently not supported datatypes. More information can be found in the documentation.

Can I share an account with a friend?

You cannot share accounts, but we do make it easy to invite friends and receive discounts. When friends signs up you both receive a 10% discount toward any plan. Get an entire year of data filtering for free when 10 friends sign up!

Can you help with data labeling? 

Yes! We have experienced partners which we can on-board through our platform. We also do quality assessments of the labeling and help you to identify mislabeled samples. If you are using our enteprise solution you can also use Lightly's automated pre-labeling engine.

I need an on-premise or private cloud solution?

We can provide you with an on-premise and/or private cloud solutions please just send us a message to info@lightly.ai or use the contact form.

How long will it take?

The vast majority of filterings take less than 30 minutes. If you need it faster let us know after uploading your dataset and we’ll take care of it. An additional charge may be required for expedited delivery.

Will you optimize my dataset for me?

We help you get the best dataset possible parameters which you selected. Custom data preparation is possible if requested.

Do you offer any discounts?

We sure do! We have several discount programs for startups and freelancers as well as discounts for multi-year contracts. We also offer on request trial periods. We also have a referral program.

Can I also access and use the embedding? 

Yes! If you would like to use our pre-trained model we can make that possible for you. See Lightly open-source framework for that: https://github.com/lightly-ai/lightly

What does input dataset limit mean?
